Bhubaneswar: The 150th birth anniversary of Father of the Nation – Mahatma Gandhi was observed by East Coast Railway, today.
Vidya Bhushan, General Manager administered Swachhata Pledge to the staff and officers of East Coast Railway in presence of Sudhir Kumar, AGM and other Principal Heads of Departments.
Railway employees also participated in Shramdaan drive and tree plantation at Rail Vihar.
Earlier, volunteers of Bharat Scout and Guides and Railway employees organised a Prabhatpheri from Rail Kunj to Rail Vihar to aware people about Swachhata Mission and not to use single use plastic.
