Berhampur: In line with the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s 5T action plan, the Ganjam Administration has taken yet another unique initiative for speedy disposal of public grievances. Now people can now register their grievances through mobile phones on the dedicated number – 9437563800.
People can send photos and videos about the issues on this number.
The administration will contact the person who lodged the complaints and take necessary steps for speedy redresssal. This has been informed by Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange in a press conference at district headquarters on Thursday.
The Collector has also issued an audio tape explaining the initiative on social media. The step has been taken for the successful implementation of 5T Mantra in the district. The new initiative seeks to achieve ‘Transparency’ aspect of the action plan by making government officials more accountable to the people, sources said.
