5T Impact: Bikram-Chandra Makes Surprise Visit to City Hospital, Khallikote University

Berhampur: Guided by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s 5T mantra of governance, Berhampur MLA Bikram Kumar Panda and MP Chandra Sekhar Sahu today made surprise visit to several government departments to review delivery of services to the people.

As per sources, the local leaders visited City Hospital in Berhampur to take stock of its facilities. The leaders met the patients and enquired about the delivery of services. They also held discussions with the medical staffs on various issues pertaining to the further improvement of facilities at the hospital.

 Both Panda and Sahu also made a surprise visit to Khallikote University to review infrastructure and facilities available for the students in the city’s reputed educational institute. They visited different departments in the campus and stressed on setting up a Hi-tech canteen, hi-tech library and renovation of stadium in the campus.

Accompanied by BeMC Commissioner Chakravarti Singh Rathore, the MLA and MP visited the vending zone near Gate Bazar market in the Silk City. They talked to the vendors and shoppers regarding the problems they are facing in the vending zone and assured them immediate solutions.
