5T: OSEPA Organizes Training Programme for Capacity Building of Teachers, Headmasters of Transformed High Schools
Bhubaneswar: The Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) is organizing a three-day training programme for the district resource group (DRG) members on leadership for capacity building of teachers and headmasters of transformed high schools under the 5T initiatives of the State Government.
The training programme began here today and will continue till May 21.
The OSEPA in collaboration with SCERT (State Council of Educational Research & Training), DSE (Directorate of Secondary Education) and Piramal Foundation, is holding the training programme.
This programme aims at enhancing leadership and 21st century skills of teachers and headmasters/headmistresses under the 5T High School Transformation Programme, informed State Project Director of OSEPA Anupam Shah.
The DRG members from all districts are participating in the training programme. The district resource groups comprise of Additional District Education Officers & Block Education Officers.
OSEPA has developed and is facilitating the training materials on leadership skills, 21st century skills, curriculum and exposure visits with the assistance and support of the SCERT, DSE and Piramal Foundation.
