Subarnapur: Odisha 5T Secretary V K Pandian has launched the ambitious High School Transformation program in Subarnapur district. Six high schools, one from each Block will be transformed initially with state of the art infrastructure for all round development of the students. The schools will be equipped with modern facilities such as Smart Classrooms, e-library, science laboratory, sports facilities, reading rooms and other facilities.
In a special program organized virtually, Pandian interacted with the officials and teachers and discussed about the available amenities and sought suggestions from them on improving the schools. Collector Monisha Banerjee and other higher officials also participated the program.
The Odisha Government has initiated an ambitious plan to transform the schools especially the High Schools in various districts with the introduction of modern facilities and infrastructure. 5T Secretary V K Pandian, who is spearheading the transformation process has been visiting schools periodically. Other senior officials have also been instructed to speed up the transformation process.
