Berhampur: As many as 6012 COVID-19 recovered persons in Odisha’s Ganjam district have undergone health screening, said the district administration.
The six-day door-to-door health screening of the COVID-19 discharged patients has been launched from August 20 in order to know their health condition and motivate them for plasma donation.
As on August 23, the medical teams have screened 6012 persons, of them 37 persons have been given post COVID medical care. As many as 287 plasma donors have been identified during the health campaign, the district admin said.
Ganjam has 14444 COVID-19 recovered persons.
