700 Students of a Private School In Gatiroutpatna in Cuttack Rescued From Flood Waters

Cuttack: Odisha Fire Services personnel and NDRF teams have rescued more than 700 students of a private school in Gatiroutpatna in Cuttack District. All the students have been safely rescued and evacuated to safer places and handed over to their parents.

The Saraswati Sishu Mandir was inundated in flood waters today afternoon and the students could not be evacuated by the school authorities. On getting information about the students, the Fire Services Personnel swung into action and move the students to safer places. They used nine power boats to rescue the children.
