An official has been issued by the General Administration & Public Grievances in this regard.
Nikunja Blhari Dhal, Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister, Odisha is allowed to remain in additional charge of Chairman, IDCO, Bhubaneswar.
The additional appointment of Hemant Sharma as Chairman, IDCO shall stand terminated from the date Dhal takes over, as per the notification.
Surendra Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, G.A. & P.G. Department with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Tourism Department is allowed to remain in additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Parliamentary Affairs Department.

The post of Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Odisha is declared equivalent in status and responsibility to the post of Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government provided in the IAS cadre of the State.
