Bhubaneswar: In view of cyclonic storm Jawad, the Odisha Government has cancelled the weekly holiday and leaves of all its employees with immediate effect.
Special Relief Commission (SRC) Pradeep Jena informed that the weekly holiday (Sunday) of government employees has been canceled as a measure to deal with the situation arising out of the cyclone.
All officials and employees have been directed to reach their respective headquarters immediately, he said while adding that those already on have also been asked to return and resume their duty as soon as possible.
