Boudh: One more plasma donor from Odisha’s Boudh district today donated plasma at VIMSAR Burla for treatment of critical COVID-19 patients.
This has been informed by District Emergency Operation Centre, Boudh through its Twitter handle.
“Second plasma donation today successfully made at VIMSAR BURLA . We can’t express our feelings of gratitude to the donors in words. It’s truly the act of humanity and unity we need in this difficult times”.
Commendable job by our medical team as well who are counselling the recovered patients, it added.
Convalescent plasma therapy has been showing encouraging results in Odisha. More than 100 patients have recovered from COVID-19 with plasma therapy.
