Bhubaneswar: As many as seven mini parks were inaugurated in the capital city of Bhubaneswar under the MUKTA project on Thursday.
The occasion was graced by SSEPD Minister Ashok Ch.Panda, BMC Mayor Sulochana Das, Dy.Mayor Manjulata Kanhar and others.
The parks have several amenities including guard room, yoga pindi, jogging track, path way, urinals, illumination, cement and FRP benches, irrigation system and other facilities for the visitors. Each park is more than half acre and less than one acre, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation said.
The BMC has also installed outdoor gym and children’s play equipment.
