Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) supremo Naveen Patnaik on Monday appointed four new Constituency Observers for Puri district.
Pramod Samal has been appointed as Constituency Oberserver for Satyabadi and Brahmagiri Assembly Constituencies, Kashinath Rana for Puri and Kakatpur Assembly Constituencies , Pratap Chandra Mallik for Pipili Assembly Constituency and Bhupesh Chandra Pradhan for Nimapara Assembly Constituency, informed BJD Organisational Secretary Pranab Prakash Das in a press release.
