Bhubaneswar: Accelerating the development of Ganjam district, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today inaugurated projects worth more than Rs 28 crore in Hinjili in the district.
He inaugurated the projects that include new bus stand, market complex, vending zone, guest house, mini Kalyan Mandap, cold storage and others through video conferencing.
He further lauded the contributions of the people of Ganjam in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
The Chief Minister also thanked the efforts of Sarpanchs, panchayat representatives, Mission Shakti members and COVID warriors in containing the virus. He however cautioned the people to remain alert of pandemic.
He has not been able to visit Hinjili due to the pandemic and assured that he would meet the people soon, Naveen said.
Chief Secretary Suresh Mohapatra and Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian among others were present on the occasion.
