Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Arun Kumar Sarangi has been the given the additional charge of D.G. of Police, Odisha.
Sarangi, who is currently Spl. D.G. of Police, Training & Director, BPSPA, will remain in additional charge of D.G. of Police, Odisha until regular DGP joins.
This has been informed by Home Department through a notification.
“Arun Kumar Sarangi,IPS (RR-1990) at present Spl. D.G. of Police, Training & Director, BPSPA is allowed to remain in additional charge of D.G. of Police, Odisha until regular DGP joins”, the notification reads.
