BDA Urges Citizens To Register on PAMS For Quick Release of Deeds

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority has urged the citizens of Bhubaneswar who have been allotted plots or core houses to register themselves on the Property Allotment Management System and generate their Unique Allotment Number. They are also requested to file their post allotment requests with the authority so that the BDA can process them as quickly as possible. The Bhubaneswar Development Authority is starting an initiative to execute all legally clean lease deeds with its allottees in a time bound manner. The Property Allotment Management System is a part of the Smart Solution Projects of the BDA that intends for hassle free and quick service delivery to the citizens.

This comes just within days of the warning issued by the BDA to plot holders in the Capital city regarding strict action against those who land owners who have failed to construct houses within the stipulated time frame. The Development authority also said that the lease can also be cancelled as a punitive action. Allottees under different housing and plotted schemes have been informed that they have to construct their houses on the allotted plots or complete the core houses by March 31, 2022, failing which execution of lease deed and issuance of no objection certificate (NOC) would not be allowed.
