Berhampur: The Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) Red Cross of Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) has received the Indian Standard Organization (ISO) certificate for quality management system.
This has been informed by the BeMC.
The UPHC got the ISO 9001-2015 certification for quality management system (QMS) in providing urban primary health services, general healthcare services under AMA clinic, diagnostic services under NIDAN Program, supply of drugs under NIRAMAYA program.
The hospital has also maintained quality management system in providing maternal health, new born and child heath, immunization, family planning, communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases, emergency services, outreach, general administration and yoga.
With this, all eight UPHCs in Berhampur achieved the milestone of 100% ISO 9001:2015 Certification, the BeMC said.
