Bhubaneswar Becomes First City in India to Get ISO Certification for Faecal Sludge and Septage Management

Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar has become the first city in the country to receive the ISO Certification for Faecal Sludge and Septage Management (FSSM).

This has been informed by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Wednesday.

“Bhubaneswar becomes the 1st city in the entire country to receive the ISO-9001:2015 certification for effective Faecal Sludge & Septage Management #FSSM services. We thank all citizens for the cooperation!”, the BMC tweeted.
