BJP Leaders Are Regularly Making False And Misleading Allegations To Obstruct Heritage Corridor Project: BJD

Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal today lashed out at the Bharatiya Janata Party for again and again making people fools by spreading wrong and falls information regarding the Puri Heritage project. The party has said that the BJP leaders are making regular false allegations to obstruct the ongoing work at the peripheral areas of the Puri Sri Jagannath Temple.

In a press release, the BJD said the servitors and Jagannath devotees who have donated their land for the Heritage Corridor, will never forgive the BJP leaders who are making regular false allegations to obstruct the work. There are many issues to do politics with for the BJP and hence, its leader Sambit Patra should desists from politicizing the development work at the Heritage Corridor.

Countering the allegations of the BJP Leader, Sulata Deo, spokesperson of the BJD, said that Sambit is regularly making false allegations in the last few days to hinder the works at the Project. Because of which, the anger among the servitors and people who donated land for the project is rising.

She said that, “You know that the GPR survey was done earlier and was submitted to the NMA with the Detailed Project Report. Despite, this still you are trying to mislead the people of Puri. She said that the NMA had permitted the Reception Centre with a lower height but since the Odisha Government wanted to make it taller, they shifted it to the regulated zone. Your false and misleading statements are hurting the Sevayats and the Jagannath premis severely.”
