BMC Bags ISC-FICCI Sanitation Award for Best Faecal Sludge and Septage Management Model

Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has bagged the ISC-FICCI Sanitation Award for Best Faecal Sludge and Septage Management Model at the India Sanitation Conclave 2022 in New Delhi.
This has been informed by BMC Mayor Sulochana Das.

“Team BMC received the ISC-FICCI Sanitation Award for Best Faecal Sludge and Septage Management Model at the India Sanitation Conclave 2022 in New Delhi today. We dedicate the award to the people of Bhubaneswar whose cooperation is helping us in achieving our goals”, Das tweeted.

The 6th FICCI-ISC Sanitation Awards Ceremony and India Sanitation Conclave is being held on the theme – ‘WASH in the future’. The Conclave will recognize and celebrate organizations, leaders, and rising stars who are driving the growth in the sanitation sector for achieving a cleaner, healthier, safer and gender-sensitive India.
