Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today closed the entire Unit-4 Market and markets in its adjacent areas in the capital city after the detection of several positive cases from the area.
“In view of detection of several positive cases from Unit-4 Market and to contain the further spread of the COVID-19, the entire Unit-4 market and markets operating adjacent to Unit-4 market shall remain closed forthwith until further order”, the BMC said.
As per the order of the Odisha Government, the lockdown imposed from 9PM July 17 to midnight of July 31 is applicable for the BMC area, the civic body stated.
