Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today organized a counseling webinar for vaccination of transgender in the state capital.
The webinar, held jointly by the FICCI FLO and BMC, aimed at counseling the transgender and different communities on vaccination and its importance in preventing the spread of the virus.
The representatives from the transgender community, mental health counselors and officials from BMC participated in the webinar.
The webinar is part of the drive for vaccination of transgender in the city, said BMC Commissioner Sanjay Kumar Singh.
Meanwhile, the BMC has saluted the dedication of the health workers who are doing their duty even on the festive occasion of Raja.
