Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipality Corporation has made some changes in timing for opening of parks in the capital city for senior citizens. According to an order released by the BMC, all Public Parks of BMC, BDA and BSCL within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation area will be opened in all days (except during shutdown days on Saturdays and Sundays of June 2020) from 5.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M. in the morning and from 4.00 P.M to 6.00 P.M. in the evening.
The park timing slot of 5.00 A.M. to 7.00 A.M. will be exclusively for the elderly age group of citizens of 60 years old and above. During this time other age group people are not allowed. Similarly, elderly citizens of above 60 years will not be allowed inside the parks beyond their allotted slot time.
