Bhubaneswar: Good news for the people of South Odisha as IndiaOne Air is all se to commence its second direct flight service to Jeypore in Koraput district from 6th November. Taking to social media platform X, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik wrote “Giving further boost to air connectivity in Odisha, the second direct flight services between Bhubaneswar and Jeypore, Koraput will commence from Nov 6, 2023. The flight services, financially supported by Odisha Govt, will be operated by @IndiaoneA twice a day on Mondays and Fridays.”
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had launched the 1st flight services between Bhubaneswar and Jeypore last year. The second flight service will further boost air connectivity and further propel economic activities in the region. According to sources, the second direct flight will be available twice a week on Monday and Friday. The flight will take off from Bhubaneswar at 7.10 am and will land at Jeypore at 8.45 AM. On Friday, it will take off from Bhubaneswar at 9 AM and land at Jeypore at 10.35 am.
