Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had given instructions to the various departments to review and brainstorm on the implementation of the Five-T principles in their respective departments. Every fourth Saturday of the month was designated for the deliberations. Following this, a number of departmental heads in the state held meetings yesterday and discussed the various aspects of implementation of Five-T principles.

The Chief Minister had given the Five-T mantra to government officials for a holistic development of the state. The formula for effective service delivery included Technology, Teamwork, Transparency, and Time leading to Transformation.

While Principal Secretary Water Resources Department chaired a meeting at the Rajiv Bhawan on the action plan to implementation of Five-T mantra, Comm-cum-secretary of the Dept of Information and Public Relations highlighted the importance of 5Ts in the meeting held at the headquarters. Likewise IDCO, Department of Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts, Finance Department, various District Administrations, Public Utilities such as SOUTHCO, NESCO, OPTCL, DGP Odisha, DRDA officials, Municipalities also utised the occasion on brainstorming on the Chief Minister’s ambitious mantra of Five-T.
