Bhubaneswar: Chief of Defence Staff of India General Bipin Rawan will today deliver his key note address at the 62nd Senior Police Officers’ Conference-2020. The program is being organized virtually and will be held from December 27th to 30th.
The Senior Police Officers’ Conference is going to brainstorm on various issues starting from the country’s security scenario, role of police, law and order, crime scenario, Left Wing Extremism, organised crime, drug trafficking, quality investigation, road safety, paperless policing, women and children and other contemporary issues.
Interpol’s Asia headquarters Executive Director Madan M Oberoi will also address the conference from Singapore on issues related to strategies to combat cybercrime. While DGP Abhay will inaugurate the Conference today, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will address the officers in the valedictory session.
