Chased by stray dogs, woman lands at AIIMS with fractured leg

New Delhi: In another case of stray dogs hounding humans in the national capital, a 56-year-old woman was admitted to AIIMS with a fractured leg on Friday, necessitating a corrective surgery.

The woman, identified as Anu Dogra, was chased by a pack of stray dogs inside her residential complex in Southwest Delhi.

A video of the incident is also doing the rounds on social media in which Dogra could be seen coming down the staircase when five to six dogs suddenly rush towards her. One of the dogs collide with her, causing her to stumble and injure her leg.

The dogs then disperse from the scene. Dogra was rushed to the AIIMS Trauma Centre where she is scheduled to undergo surgery.
