Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra has got a six months extension. His tenure was to end on 28th February this year, but with this extension, he will be in the post of Chief Secretary till August 31st, 2022.
The proposal sent by the state government on 31st December 2021 to the Ministry of Personnel in this regard has been approved by the Center. Suresh Chandra Mahapatra is a 1986 batch Odisha Cadre IAS Officer.
