CM Congratulates School & Mass Education Dept for Partnering with Unacademy to Provide Free Coaching to Odia Medium Students

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated the School and Mass Education Department and Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) for signing an MoU with online learning platform Unacademy to provide free coaching to 3000 students of Odia medium schools for JEE, NEET, UG & Defence examinations over next 3 years.


As per the MoU, Unacademy and Department of School and Mass Education will collaborate to provide free-of-cost scholarships to meritorious students of Odisha government and government aided schools to prepare for competitive exams.

All Class 10, 11 and 12 students from government and government-aided schools of Odisha will be eligible to take the aptitude test on basis of which Unacademy will provide scholarship.

Unacademy along with the S&ME department will conduct a series of aptitude tests where qualifying students eligible to receive scholarships to study on Unacademy would be selected on basis of ranks secured in the test.
The aptitude test will be conducted on the Unacademy platform.
