Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated Sundargarh Collector Nikhil Pawan Kalyan on qualifying for semi-finals of Skoch Award 2020 for adoption of best practices by District Mineral Foundation.

Lauding the achievement, the Chief Minister said that the Odisha Government continues to focus on welfare of people affected by mining related operations.
