Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has declared September 9 as a holiday for the Nuakhai Festival.
Since September 8th Sunday is a public holiday, there will be a holiday on September 9th as well
All state government offices, magisterial courts, and educational institutions will remain closed on September 9, the CM announced.
