Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed his grief over the death of a minor boy after being swept away in an open drain in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
The CM announced an ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh from the State Disaster Response Fund for the next of kin of the deceased boy.
Majhi also expressed condolence to the bereaved family.
ୟୁନିଟ-୩ ମସଜିଦ କଲୋନୀ ନିକଟରେ ନାଳରେ ଭାସିଯାଇ ୮ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ନାବାଳକ ଶିଶୁର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟଣା ମତେ ବ୍ୟଥିତ କରିଛ। ପିଲାଟିର ଆତ୍ମାର ସଦଗତି କାମନା କରିବା ସହ ଏଭଳି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୋର ସମବେଦନା ଜଣାଉଛି। ଏଭଳି ଅଘଟଣ ଆଗକୁ ଯେମିତି ନଘଟିବ ସେ ଦିଗରେ ଆମ ସରକାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବ।
