Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has extended warm wishes on the occasion of the 87th Utkala Dibasa today. In a tweet, the Chief Minister paid rich tributes to the builders of the separate state of Odisha.
He called upon everyone to further strengthen the efforts unitedly for the development of the state and keeping up the self respect of the Odia people.
