Sambalpur: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will launch distribution of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) Smart Health Cards in Sambalpur district today.
The BSKY Smart Health Card will ensure the beneficiaries’ free treatment at all Government hospitals of the state and more than 200 private hospitals of the state and outside.
Each family can avail treatment benefits up to Rs 5 lakh per annum under the scheme and in case of women family members, the limit is Rs 10 lakh.
A total of 2,28,213 beneficiaries in Sambalpur district are expected to receive the Smart Health Cards.
During his visit, the Chief Minister will also launch a slew of development projects worth more than Rs 700 crore in the district.
