Bhubaneswar: The Congress on Sunday announced the appointment of new president for 30 districts and three cities in Odisha.
The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has approved a proposal of appointment of presidents for the districts and cities in Odisha with immediate effect, a statement issued by the grand old party said.
