Covid-19: All Sea Beaches in Ganjam to Remain Closed for Public
Berhampur: In view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Ganjam district has closed all sea beaches for the public.
Taking to Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange informed that all sea beaches in Ganjam such as Gopalpur, Sonapur, etc. and other major water bodies shall remain closed for public from 13th to 17th Jan’22.
The step has been taken to avoid large gatherings during upcoming festivals and to ensure COVID-19 protocol.

The Ganjam administration has already closed all religious places across the district till February 1 in view of rising Covid-19 cases.
