Bhubaneswar: As many as 1001 new positive cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Odisha capital city in the last 24 hours, informed the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
Of the new cases, 791 are the local contact cases and the rest 210 are from quarantine, it said.
Meanwhile, the capital city has reported recovery of 1153 patients from the virus during the same period.
The COVID-19 caseload in the city now stands at 74973, including 11488 active cases.
