Bhubaneswar: Odisha has reported 12238 fresh positive cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, which is the biggest single day spike since the outbreak of the pandemic.
Of the new cases, as many as 5324 cases are the local contacts and the rest 6914 are quarantine cases, according to the Information and Public Relations Department.
