Cuttack: Odisha Minister of State for Home Capt. Dibya Shankar Mishra today visited iconic Barabatti Stadium and reviewed the preparedness and security arrangement plans for the 3rd One Day international between India and West Indies to be played on December 22 at the venue.
According to reports, Mishra held detailed discussions with the officials on the security, preparation related issues for the upcoming ODI match.
Besides, Mishra also visited the State Police Headquarters in Cuttack and discussed the functioning of Police Headquarters and infrastructural development of police establishments in the districts and police stations
Meanwhile, speaking to the media, OCA Secretary, Sanjay Behera said that he is very happy that the online tickets for the 3rd one-day international match between India and West Indies were sold out within 0 minutes on Tuesday.
Those who have failed to grab the online ticket, however, can buy ticket from the Barabati Stadium counter on December 19 and 20.
Notably, the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack is going to host international cricket after the gap of two years.
