Cuttack: Mission Zero F, an innovative educational 5T project of Cuttack District Administration, has bagged the prestigious National Level SKOCH Gold Award 2020.
The project aims at bringing 100% success rate in the annual High School Certificate Examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha following the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s 5T principles of governance – Team work, Technology, Transparency, Time and Transformation.
The “Mission Zero F” has bagged the prestigious National Level SKOCH Gold Award 2020 for enabling 9759 F (Fail)grade under privileged students of Govt High Schools pass the last HSC Exam, informed Cuttack Collector Bhabani Shankar Chayani through Twitter.

In order to reduce failure rate in annual HSC examination and enhance quality of education, the district administration has launched ‘Mission Zero F’ initiative.
