Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has sought the report on damage caused by the cyclone Jawad from district Collectors.
The Revenue & Disaster Management Department has asked the Collectors to submit report on losses suffered to the crops in their respective districts due to the cyclone.
Revenue & Disaster Management Minister Sudam Marndi informed that the damage assessment report has been sought from the Collectors. Subsequently, financial compensation will be provided to affected persons as per the relief code, he added.
