Balangir: The Balangir Railway Police has recovered the dead body of Tripurari Panigrahi, President of the Traders Association, early morning today from near the railway tracks. While the exact cause of his death is not known, it is suspected as a preplanned murder. The body was lying in a pool of blood. The exact cause will be known only after the post-mortem report is out. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
