Bhadrak: Counting of votes for the by-election to Dhamnagar Assembly seat in Bhadrak district began today.
The counting will take place on 14 tables in as many as eight rounds.
The polling was held in 252 booths on Thursday. Over 2.38 lakh voters will decide the fate of five candidates.
The election result is likely to be declared by 2 pm.
The by-election for Dhamnagar Assembly seat was necessitated due to demise of sitting BJP MLA Bishnu Charan Sethi.
