Bhadrak: The Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Suryavanshi Suraj is leading by 3261 votes till the end of the fourth round of counting in Dhamnagar by-polls. Suraj has received 18181 votes. Biju Janata Dal’s Abanti Das has got 14920 votes and independent candidate Rajendra Das has got 2362 votes. Congress’s Baba Harekrushna Sethi has got 557 votes till the fourth round of counting.
