Bhubaneswar: Senior Indian Police Service Officer Dhirendra S Kutey has been awarded the prestigious President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service. Kutey is a 1997 Batch Odisha Cadre IPS Officer and is currently posted as Special Secretary to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. Earlier in 2013, Kutey was awarded the Police Medal for Meritorious Service on the eve of Republic Day.
