Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has invited his Chhattisgarh counterpart Bhupesh Baghel for the Hockey World Cup 2023 scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela next month.
On behalf of CM Naveen Patnaik, Minister Rita Sahu met the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghel this morning at Raipur and handed the invitation of Naveen Patnaik, inviting Baghel to the mega sporting event.
Naveen Patnaik is inviting all Chief Ministers for the Hockey World Cup, which will be from January 13 to 29. A world-class celebration of hockey to commemorate the beginning of the mega event will be held on 11 January 2023 in Barabati Stadium, Cuttack.
