During preliminary investigation in the issue, the police has found that yesterday night the two brothers were taken into custody by Karanataka Police officials in connection with a past case. They had taken the two persons to Visakhapatnam on the same night and stayed there.
A Ganjam Police team has reached Visakhapatnam where the Karnataka Police officials were present with the two brothers. Both the police teams have gone to the local police station at Visakhapatnam for further paper work. The Karnataka Police had not informed the local police and forcefully took away the brothers, after which the family members had mistaken it as kidnapping and filed a case at Ganjam.
