Odisha Govt Enhances Minimum Daily Wage of Workers
Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has enhanced the minimum daily wage of workers in all categories. The workers (un-skilled, semi-skilled, skilled and highly skilled) will now get a variable dearness allowance component of Rs 5.40 in addition to their existing wage. Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has enhanced the minimum daily wage of workers in all categories.
The workers (un-skilled, semi-skilled, skilled and highly skilled) will now get a variable dearness allowance component of Rs 5.40 in addition to their existing wage.
A notification has been issued by Labour Commissioner Dr N Thirumala Naik in this regard today.
The revised minimum wage in the following categories will be:
Un-skilled: Rs 303.40
Semi-Skilled: Rs 343.40
Skilled: Rs 393.40
Highly Skilled: Rs 453.40
