Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance Department has arrested Begunia Tehsildar Prithviraj Mandal. The Begunia Tahasildar-cum-Sub-Registrar was earlier this week apprehended by the Vigilance officials while accepting Rs 45,000 as bribe for issuance of land conversion patta.
