Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance officials have arrested Bijay Kumar Agrawal, Special Class Contractor and his Power of Attorney holder Deepak Kumar Agrawal. They have been arrested by Odisha Vigilance for misappropriation of Government funds in construction of four 100 seated hostels for SC students in Sonepur district. Further details are awaited.
