Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Wednesday announced the appointment of senior OAS officer Prasana Kumar Patra as Sub-Collector, Chhatrapur in Ganjam district.
An official notification has been issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department in this regard.
Currently, Prasana Kumar Patra is serving as BDO of Rangeilunda Block in Ganjam district.
He will replace Nilamadhab Bhoi in his new role.
Bhoi has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner of Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC), as per the notification.
Meanwhile, Sambit Kumar Rout, Secretary , BDA , Berhampur as Additional Commissioner , BeMC , Berhampur is allowed to continue as Secretary , BDA , Berhampur .
Shambhunath Nandi , BDO , Seragada , Ganjam is transferred and posted as APD (Admin.), DRDA , Ganjam.
